Park Host - Worker Aides - Lifeguard/Instructor

The City of Riverbank has openings for part-time work in Parks & Recreation:

Park Host at Jacob Myers Park: Must have own motor home or trailer. Full hook-up in lieu of park maintenance work duties including opening/closing park restrooms, posting park reservations, monitoring park use and rules, and performing grounds maintenance of picking-up litter and cleaning restrooms. Stipend is negotiable. If interested in applying, please submit an Employment Application AND pictures of motor home or trailer. Position is open until filled.

Facilities Maintenance Worker Aide and Park Maintenance Worker Aide: Under general supervision, responsible for a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled work in the cleaning and maintenance of facilities and parks. Duties include but are not limited to custodial duties, including cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, vacuuming, and dusting; disinfecting surfaces in areas used by the public and employees; and performs other related duties as required. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid CA Driver License are required. Facilities Maintenance Worker Aide schedule is evenings, 15-20 hours per week. Both positions pay $17.00/hour; at-will, non-benefited position; and is limited to 980 hours per year. Positions open until filled.

Lifeguard/Instructor: Candidates must have current Lifeguard & Title 22 certifications. Salary dependent on qualifications, $16.00 - $17.00/hour. Positions open until filled.
